During nine years of managing construction projects, I realised how little education is out there to learn the details of home building contracts before signing.

Building a new home is a huge undertaking, and honestly, you don’t know what you don’t know. If you make a mistake, it might end up being a huge burden on your family. So I decided to follow my passion to help people understand the details of their building contract (or secret weapon as I like to call it!).
