Hey, I’m Annelyse.
With two construction degrees, including Master’s in Construction Law, and 9 years experience managing projects, I’ve found my passion as a unique specialist in Australian home building contracts.
Building a new home is a huge undertaking, and honestly, you don’t know what you don’t know. If you make a mistake, it might end up being a huge burden on your family.
During nine years of managing construction projects, I realised how little education is out there to learn the details of home building contracts before signing. Construction is full of moving parts, and without the right experience, things can easily get messy.
